Description
The OmniKine Human beta-NGF ELISA can be used to recognize both of recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human beta-NGF proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed 100% cross reactivity : Murine: beta-NGF. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity : Human: BDNF. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed at all a significant interference or cross reactivity : Human Artemin, EGF, FGF-9, CNTF, EG-VEGF, Galectin-1, GDNF, Midkine NT-3, NT-4, OPG, Persephin, Pleiotrophin, Neurturin, RELMbeta, Resistin, VEGF.
