The OmniKine Human BMP-2 ELISA can be used to recognize both of recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human BMP-2 proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 10% cross reactivity : Human: BMP-4. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed at all significant interference or cross reactivity are : Human: Activin A, TGF-beta1, TGF-beta2, BMP-3, BMP-6, BMP-7, BMP-13,Follistatin, GDF-3, GDF-5, GDF-11, Myostatin, Noggin, CTGF, CTGFL, WNT-1.
