The OmniKine Human FGF-Basic ELISA can be used to recognize both of recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human FGF-Basic proteins. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and showed 100% cross reactivity are : • Murine: FGF-Basic • Rat: FGF-Basic. Those followings were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity : • Human: FGF-Acidic, FGF-4, FGF-8. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed at all a significant interference or cross reactivity : • Human: FGF-5, FGF-16, FGF-17, FGF-18, FGF-6, FGF-9, FGF-10,FGF-21, FGF-23, KGF, FGF-19, FGF-20, • Murine: FGF-Acidic, FGF-9.
