The OmniKine Human G-CSF ELISA can be used to recognize both of recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human G-CSF proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity. • Human: IL-6 • Murine: G-CSF.
