The OmniKine Human IL-10 ELISA can be used to recognize both of recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human IL-10 proteins. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity are : • Murine: IL-10 • Rat: IL-10. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed a significant interference or cross reactivity : • Murine: IL-4, IL-10 • Rat: IL-4, IL-10 • Human: IFN-gamma, IL-15, IL-17A, IL-22, IL-4, IL-7, IL-12, IL-13.
