The OmniKine Human PLGF-1 ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human PLGF-1 proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed 100% cross reactivity. • Human: PLGF-2, PLGF-3. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity. • Human: EG-VEGF, PDGF-AB. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed significant interference or cross reactivity. • Murine: VEGF165 • Human: VEGF121, VEGF165, EGF, GM-CSF, PDGF-AA, PDGF-BB.
