The OmniKine Human TL-1A ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human TL-1A proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity. • Human: AITRL. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed significant interference or cross reactivity. • Human: 4-1BBL, 4-1BB, BAFF, BAFF-R, sCD40L, FasL,TNF-beta, sTRAIL, sTRAIL-RI, sTRAIL-RII, TWEAK, TWEAK-R, FasR, sRANKL, sRANK, sTNF-RI, sTNF-RII, TNF-alpha.
