The OmniKine Murine IL-12 ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced Murine IL-12 proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed 100% cross reactivity. • Murine: IL-12p40, IL-12p80. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity. • Human: IL-12p40, IL-12p70, IL-12p80.
