Description
The OmniKine Murine IL-10 ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced Murine IL-10 proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 5% cross reactivity. • Rat: IL-10 The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 2% cross reactivity. • Human: IL-10. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed significant interference or cross reactivity. • Murine: IFN-gamma,IL-12, IL-13, IL-15, IL-22, TNF-alpha, IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-4, IL-7.
