Description
The OmniKine Murine MIP-2 ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced Murine MIP-2 proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity. • Human: GRObeta • Murine: I-TAC • Rat: GRObeta. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed significant interference or cross reactivity. • Human: GRO, GROgamma, NAP-2 • Rat: GRO/KC • Murine: CXCL-16,MIP-1beta, MIP-1gamma, MIP-3alpha, MIP-3beta, SDF-1alpha, SDF-1beta , IP-10, JE, KC, LIX, MIG, MIP-1alpha.
