Description
The OmniKine Rat IL-1alpha ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced Rat IL-1alpha proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 5% cross reactivity. • Murine: IL-1alpha. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed significant interference or cross reactivity. • Murine: IL-1beta • Human: IL-1alpha, IL-1beta • Rat: GM-CSF, GRObeta, GRO/KC, IFN-gamma, IL-10, IL-13, RANTES, SCF, TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, IL-2, IL-3beta, IL-4, IL-6, IL-7.
