E05 478 566 350 170 or Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,E05 478 566 350 170 or Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
CD163 (Human) OmniKine ELISA Kit is able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human CD163 proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. It induces a cascade of intracellular signals involving a calcium mobilization dependent on the tyrosine kinase, production of inositol triphosphate , and IL6 and CSF1 secretion. It also functions as an acute phage regulated receptor involved in the clearance and endocytosis of hemoglobin-haptoglobin complexes by macrophages and thus can protect tissues from free hemoglobin induced oxidative damage.
CD163 (Human) OmniKine ELISA Kit is produced by Assay Biotech Company. It's also identified by the synonym '' Scavenger receptor cysteine-rich type 1 protein M130 '', it's a Liquid who targets the Human CD163 and that able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human CD163 proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. It's has a colorimetric 450 nm as a detection method, within the range of 157-10000 pg/ml.
