The LumiAb™ Human IL-12 ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced Human (by human) IL-12 proteins. The following listed antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showned 100% cross reactivity. • Human: IL-12p40, IL-12p80 The following listed antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and did not shown significant interference or cross reactivity • Rat: IFN-gamma • Murine: IFN-gamma, IL-10, IL-12, IL-12p40 • Human: IFN-gamma, IL-10, IL-17A, IL-17B, IL-17D, IL-17E, IL-17F , IL-16 (121 aa), IL-16 (130 aa).
