Description
The AMPK alpha (Phospho-Thr172) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.
Specificity
AMPK alpha (Phospho-Thr172) Antibody detects endogenous levels of AMPK alpha only when phosphorylated at Thr172.

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human AMPK alpha around the phosphorylation site of Thr172.
