The GSK3 alpha (Phospho-Ser21) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.
Specificity
GSK3 alpha (Phospho-Ser21) Antibody detects endogenous levels of GSK3 alpha only when phosphorylated at Ser21.
Physical Form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human GSK3 alpha around the phosphorylation site of Ser21.
