Description
N terminal acetylation or CH3CO as epigenetic regulation of p53 ( -Lys386) Antibody by NATs.
Specificity
p53 (Acetyl-Lys386) Antibody detects endogenous levels of total p53 protein only when acetylated at Lys386.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human p53 around the acetylated site of Lys386.
