Specificity
EEF1A-pan (Acetyl-Lys41) Antibody detects endogenous levels of EEF1A-pan protein only when acetylated at Lys41.

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized Acetyl-peptide derived from human EEF1A around the Acetylation site of Lys41.
