Description
The IKK-alpha (Phospho-Ser176) /IKK-beta (Phospho-Ser177) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.

Specificity
IKK-alpha (Phospho-Ser176)/IKK-beta (Phospho-Ser177) Antibody detects endogenous levels of CHUK/IKBKB only when IKK-alpha phosphorylated at Ser176 and IKK-beta phosphorylated at Ser177.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human IKK-alpha around the phosphorylation site of Ser176 and IKK-beta around the phosphorylation site of Ser177.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
