The IL-10R alpha (Phospho-Tyr496) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.
Specificity
IL-10R alpha (Phospho-Tyr496) Antibody detects endogenous levels of IL-10R alpha only when phosphorylated at Tyr496.

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human IL-10R alpha around the phosphorylation site of Tyr496.
