The IL-2R alpha/CD25 (Phospho-Ser268) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.
Physical Form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Specificity
IL-2R alpha/CD25 (Phospho-Ser268) Antibody detects endogenous levels of IL-2R alpha/CD25 only when phosphorylated at Ser268.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human IL-2R alpha/CD25 around the phosphorylation site of Ser268.
