The CK-1 alpha (Phospho-Tyr294) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.
Specificity
CK-1 alpha (Phospho-Tyr294) Antibody detects endogenous levels of CK-1 alpha only when phosphorylated at Tyr294.
Physical Form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CK-1 alpha around the phosphorylation site of Tyr294.
