N terminal acetylation or CH3CO as epigenetic regulation of Histone H1 ( -Lys25) Antibody by NATs.
Specificity
Histone H1 (Acetyl-Lys25) Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Histone H1 protein only when acetylated at Lys25.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Histone H1 around the acetylated site of Lys25.
