Western Blot Stripping Solution

WB Stripping Solution is manufacture for fast stripping of antibodies bound to antigens on Western blotting membranes using chemiluminescent substrate.

The product Western Blot Stripping Solution is manufactured for research purposes only and it is not planned to be used in in vitro diagnostic procedures.

The volume (ml) in milliliters of buffered % w/v solutions at the medium pH are also used for DNA extraction Organic (Phenol-Chloroform) Extraction, Non-Organic (Proteinase K and Salting out), Chelex (Ion Exchange Resin) Extraction, EDTA or PBS aqueous.

Western Blot can be performed on tissues and cell extracts to determine the proteins present in your sample after PAGE electrophoresis and transfer on PVDF or Nitrocellulose. PVDF is more advised. The best detection method is using enhanced chemiluminescence or ECL.
